Adult Rehabilitation Mental Health Services (ARMHS) – individual or group setting services for adults with a mental illness diagnosis: Basic living and social service skills such as resource utilization, budgeting, healthy lifestyle, cooking , transportation utilization, supported employment services plus more; community intervention which may minimize the risk of hospitalization or other more restrictive living arrangements and medication education provided by a registered nurse.
Community Support Program (CSP) – Outreach , independent living skills, crisis assistance/prevention, psychological rehabilitation, housing and benefits assistance education.
Independent Living Skills (ILS) – budgeting, shopping transportation, household problem skills , must be an adult, eligible for Medical Assistance or have a CADI waiver.
DROP IN CENTER:
Monday–Friday 1-5 pm.
Some night and weekend hours, staffed by consumer volunteers with focus on promoting positive interactions through social and leisure opportunities.
